San Francisco Poet Evelyn Posamentier Coming to the Art Museum

On Thursday December 20, 2007 noted San Francisco poet Evelyn Posamentier will read at the Palm Springs Art Museum as part of the Live Out Loud! Poetry Series. The reading will take place in ZONE 101 at 6 p.m. and is free to the public.
Evelyn Posamentier’s poems have appeared in The Diagram, Born Magazine, 3 am Magazine, The SoMa Literary Review, The Quarterly Journal of Ideology, Nthposition and Drunken Boat.
The Live Out Loud! Poetry Series continues this year with Featured Poets on Thursday’s Free community Evenings. The readings take place in ZONE 101 from 6-8 pm on the third Thursday of each month. This year the evenings will be split among Featured Poets for the first hour and an open mic session welcoming audience participating for the second hour.
Funding for the series is generously provided from Poets & Writers Magazine through a grant from the James Irvine Foundation.
