Art Fair SourceBook has just named La Quinta Arts Festival #8 in nation among fine art festivals in the 2009 rankings. The rankings are based on average sales reported by the event’s exhibitors. Only two California festivals; La Quinta Arts Festival and Sausalito Art Festival ranked in the top 25.
“Art Fair SourceBook is a highly respected resource for artists deciding on which shows to participate. This ranking is yet another endorsement serving to attract new talent from across the nation to our show. For instance, this March La Quinta Arts Festival will welcome 56 new exhibitors. That equates to over 25% of the show’s artists whose work has not been seen before in the Coachella Valley”, said Christi Salamone, Executive Director, “and we are proud to be the venue that keeps the art scene fresh and growing”.
